Dr. Gue See Sew was invited by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the APEC Engineer Registering Committee (Russia) and the Russian Association for Engineering Education (RAEE) to present a paper on APEC Engineers titled “APEC Engineering Register, Challenges And The Way Forward To Promote Mobility Of Engineering Services” at the Seminar on Development of Engineering Professionals in APEC Economies in Kazan, Russia. The seminar was held concurrently with the APEC Senior Officials Meeting. |
